Welcome to the Caterham & District 2023 Carnival. We are finally back and I could not be happier to finally host the carnival as Chair for the first time. I would firstly like to thank the Committee team for their continued support through lockdown and having the faith to work alongside me to bring carnival back to the community. I really couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you – so Thank You.

I would also like to thank the local businesses and groups for their support, there are too many to
thank so as you read through our programme you will see some of their names across the pages. As
we all know, times have been hard for us all over the last few years and yet you still continue to support us, we really do have an amazing community!

Our 2023 beneficiaries Zodiac Gymnastics, paUse and 66 Sqn ATC will be on the field throughout the
day promoting their good work, pop over to say hello and if you are interested in becoming a group beneficiary next year have a chat with them to find out a bit more.

Finally, we are already in the process of starting the 2024 carnival and are looking for beneficiaries,
new team members, sponsors… the list goes on! We have a dedicated article in the programme which provides any contact details you need to get involved.
